Two trips a week, done for you
Tell us where your carts live
Address, collection day (we'll look it up if you're not sure), and whether the carts are in the driveway, behind a gate, or in the yard.
The night before, they roll out
We bring the carts to the curb in the evening so they're there well before the city's 6:00 AM on collection day rule. You get a photo text.
The same day, they roll back
After the truck comes we return them, lids closed, before the midnight on collection day deadline. Another photo. Repeat every week.

We show where every dollar goes
Most US bin-valet services charge $30 to $40 a month. We can charge less because we work a street, not scattered addresses: once the walk between carts is short, a crew member can do a home in about four minutes. That is also why the neighbor route is $18 — the savings are real and we pass them on.
The crew is paid $22 an hour for the route. If that number ever has to change, this page changes with it.

More than two trips to the curb
Out and back, both included
Carts go to the curb the evening before collection and come back the same day they're emptied — before the city's midnight deadline.
Up to 2 carts
Your trash and recycling carts at one price. In yard-waste season, swap one for the yard-waste cart or bags.
Holiday-shift tracking
When a weekday holiday pushes Providence pickups a day later, we move with it. You never put carts out on the wrong night.
A photo every visit
A text with a photo when the carts are out and again when they're back. No wondering whether we came.
Missed week = free week
If we miss your carts, that week is on us and we come back the next morning for the missed pickup.
Lids closed, area tidy
We close lids, pick up loose litter around the carts, and in winter clear enough snow for the truck to reach them.
Pause for free
Away for a week? Tell us by text. Monthly and yearly plans get the week credited.
No contract
Stop any time. Weekly customers can even pay the crew in cash at the curb.
Bring your neighbors, pay less
Start a route on your street
Three homes on one street unlock the $18/month rate for all of them. Share your link after you sign up — every referral gets you both a free month.
Helping Hand
$16/month for neighbors 65 and over or with limited mobility. No forms. Ask us to add it to anyone's sign-up.
Gift a month
Prepay a month for an older neighbor or a new parent. Tell us who in the sign-up note; we deliver the first photo text to them with your name on it.
Questions, answered
Anything else — text (401) 451-3227. A real person answers.
When exactly do the carts go out and come back?
Out in the evening before your collection day (Providence wants carts at the curb by 6:00 AM on collection day), and back the same day they're emptied, before the city's midnight on collection day, stored out of view from the street rule. Carts left out can draw fines of up to $500.
What about holidays?
When a weekday holiday pushes Providence collection a day later for the rest of the week, we move with it automatically. You never have to remember the shifted day.
What if you miss my carts?
That week is free, and we come back the next morning for the missed pickup. The photo texts mean you'll know we came — or that we didn't.
Do I need to be home?
No. Tell us where the carts live and any gate code in the sign-up note. We never enter the house.
Which neighborhoods?
Providence first, opened street by street: once three homes on a street join, everyone on it gets the $18/month neighbor rate. Outside Providence? Sign up anyway and we'll tell you when your area opens.
Can I pay cash?
Yes, on the weekly plan: $6 to the crew at the curb on the first visit of the week, with a text receipt. Monthly and yearly plans are paid by card through a secure Stripe link; buildings can be invoiced.
Do you handle bulk items and yard waste?
Every home gets up to two carts, usually trash and recycling. In yard-waste season you can swap one for the yard-waste cart or bags. Bulk items are an add-on: we schedule the pickup with Waste Management (3 items a week, 800-972-4545) and carry the item to the curb.
What happens in snow?
We clear enough snow around the carts for the truck to reach them, and bring them back the same way. If the city cancels collection, we don't charge for that week.
